How to change app icons on iPhone (no Shortcuts needed)
The Home Screen Customize menu restyles every icon at once. Some apps also offer their own alternate icons.

Restyle all icons

Touch and hold the Home Screen background.

Tap Edit, then Customize.

Choose Dark, Clear or Tinted and adjust the color.

Tap Large to make icons bigger without names, if you like.
