How to change km to miles on iPhone (Maps, Health and more)
One setting switches most of the iPhone to miles. Health and Google Maps have their own switches.

Will this change temperature too?
No. Temperature has its own setting in Language & Region, so you can keep Fahrenheit with any distance unit.
Why does my Apple Watch still show km?
In the Watch app, go to Workout › Units of Measure and set Distance to miles.
