Settings › Wi-Fi › ⓘ next to the network › Private Wi-Fi Address › Off. Rejoin the network.

If it keeps switching to a neighbor’s or public network, tap its ⓘ and Forget, or turn off Auto-Join.

Unplug for 30 seconds. Also install any router firmware update.
