iPhone not receiving calls? 10 fixes when calls go to voicemail
If people say your phone goes straight to voicemail, a setting is usually sending the calls away before they reach you.

Turn off Do Not Disturb or Focus.
Open Control Center, tap Focus and make sure nothing is on.

Check Silence Unknown Callers.
In Settings › Apps › Phone, turn it off, or make sure the caller is in your contacts.

Look at Blocked Contacts.
Settings › Apps › Phone › Blocked Contacts. Swipe left to unblock.

Turn off Call Forwarding.
Settings › Apps › Phone › Call Forwarding.

Toggle Airplane Mode on and off.

Restart your iPhone.

Install a carrier settings update.
Go to Settings › General › About and wait a few seconds. Tap Update if a prompt appears.

Check the line on dual SIM phones.
Settings › Cellular. Make sure the line people call is turned on.

Reset network settings.
Settings › General › Transfer or Reset iPhone › Reset › Reset Network Settings. Wi-Fi passwords are removed.

Ask them to check for an outage and to refresh your line or SIM.
