How to stop a Pixel from restarting
The fix
Try these 8 fixes in order

Force restart.
Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds. On some models you then need to tap Restart.

Install system updates.
Go to Settings › System › Software updates. Google often fixes restart bugs in monthly updates.

Update all apps.
In the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Manage apps & device › Update all.

Restart in safe mode.
Press the power button (and volume up on newer Pixels) to open the power menu, then touch and hold Restart until Reboot to safe mode appears, and tap OK. If the restarts stop, uninstall recently added apps one at a time.

Free up storage.
Google notes that phones can have problems with less than 10% storage free. Check Settings › Storage.

Remove the case and accessories.
A tight case can press the power button and trigger restarts. Unplug battery packs and adapters too.
