Pixel stuck on Google logo? 7 fixes for a boot loop
Most Pixels stuck on the logo recover with a long force restart. If not, Google’s own repair tool can reinstall the software without a wipe.
The fix
7 fixes, in order

Hold Power for 30 seconds.
Or Power and Volume Up together on some models, until it restarts.

Charge it for at least an hour with the original charger.

Remove the SIM and any USB accessories, then restart.

Boot into safe mode.
When the Google logo appears, hold Volume Down until the lock screen shows Safe mode. If it boots, uninstall recent apps.

Use the Pixel Repair Tool.
On a computer, open pixelrepair.withgoogle.com in Chrome, connect the phone and follow the steps. Choose Update to keep data.

Open recovery mode.
With the phone off, hold Power and Volume Down, choose Recovery mode, then hold Power and tap Volume Up once.

Choose Wipe data/factory reset.
This erases the phone. Your Google backup restores most data later.
