What is safe mode on Android? How to turn it on and off
Safe mode turns off downloaded apps for a while. If a problem disappears there, an app is causing it.

Turn safe mode on

Hold the Power button, or Power and Volume Up on some phones.

Tap OK when Safe mode appears.
